2 months agoMy family and I used to enjoy Great Buffet, but our recent visit was extremely disappointing. The food quality has declined drastically — many items were old, overcooked, or unappetizing. The restaurant did not appear clean, and we noticed pests, including cockroaches and rodents, in and around the dining area, which made us feel unsafe eating there. This level of cleanliness and food quality is unacceptable. I strongly hope the management takes immediate action to address these serious issues. For the safety of other diners, the Chicago Department of Public Health should inspect this restaurant as soon as possible. In its current condition, I cannot recommend eating here.

2 months agoI Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. I went there with wife and my five kids disliked all their foods, cold wet soggi, flavorless some might say mystery meat. The atmospheres feels like it's a abandoned restaurant. You're better off going to any other restaurant. The good thing about this restaurant is that there's a clinic next to it.

5 months agoI'm being generous with 2 stars, only because there was a couple of items that were good (mei fun noodles, jalapeño chicken, green beans, and potatoes) Most of the food we got was luke warm or cold. The hostess wasn't friendly but wasn't rude. Just meh kind of personality. It wasn't worth the $31.79 we spent on 2 people because most of food wasn't hot.

6 months agoYall this food was awful. Lack of chicken choices, lots of old food, I’m not going to lie probably one of the worst Chinese places I’ve been too. Don’t waste your money and appetite here with all the surrounding choices.

6 months agoOverall, the price matched what I got. The taste and food are good. However, i don't think it's a good place for a family meal. The space is a bit dark and few people eating There.

7 months agoHonestly the food is bland they don’t have allot off meat or veterinary options don’t eat here it’s like basic chicken nuggets and chicken they don’t have salmon if like bland food suggest eat here the lady is nice but food is bland and first get in a

7 months agoIt was mostly empty, but the hostess was great. The food was good, though some items a bit bland. My food was warm, but one fish my partner had was a bit cold. Overall a mid buffet experience but for an affordable price.

a year agoBad bad VERY BAD…Most of the food is cold, many of them have an unpleasant taste... they don't use disposable cups, the chicken wings look old and taste bad... nor disposable cutlery, LITTLE VARIETY OF FOOD..! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING..!
